We ordered biodegradable confetti for our wedding because our venue was strict about what we could use. The petals were really lovely, really pretty, and they felt so much nicer than the usual paper confetti bits.
After the day they broke down naturally, so we weren’t stressing about leaving rubbish everywhere, which was a big relief. Delivery was straightforward too, no issues at all. I’d happily use Shropshire Petals again.

I’m usually a bit wary of all the polished customer service talk companies use, but to be fair, they just got on with it and sorted my issue quickly. No fuss, no scripted nonsense.

Had a problem with my order and it took way too much back and forth to get a straight answer. The first few replies felt copy-pasted, and it seemed like Nobody really knew what was actually going on.

They did sort it out in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. Just felt like I had to keep Chasing for something that should’ve been handled quicker.

The flowers were okay once they finally showed up, but the delivery took alot longer than I expected. I had to chase it up myself, and they ended up missing the day I actually needed them for, which was dissapointing.

I found the site a bit annoying to use, to be honest. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, and checking out on my phone felt clunky. Weirdly, I remember the basket icon taking a second longer than everything else to load, which just made the whole thing feel even more awkward.

i ordered these petals for a small party and they showed up looking really fresh. the colors were nice too, close to the photos. a few petals were a little crushed in the bag, but it wasn’t a big deal and they still looked really good on the table. i’d definitely use them again, i’d just order a bit extra next time to be safe.

The petals arrived in a squashed box, and some of them were damp inside the bag. A lot were broken up and didn’t really seem usable for wedding confetti, which was really disappointing because I expected them to be packed much better. I also never had any follow-up about the issue, which made it even more frustrating. I won’t be ordering again.

I followed the quantity guide when ordering, but it ended up not being enough. Maybe I misread it or maybe the portions just run smaller than expected, but yeah... I had to order less than I actually needed.

I was really hoping there’d be more options for the confetti mixes, but it felt limited and a bit confusing. Why is it so hard to find colours that actually match what you’ve got in mind? I kept trying to make it work, but it just got frustrating after a while. In the end, I gave up and looked somewhere else. Just wasn’t for me

Ordering from Shropshire Petals was simple, and the website was easy enough to get around. I’m always a bit wary when buying online because I don’t want to be caught out by something that looks different in real life, so I liked that I could properly choose the colours before ordering.

Checkout went smoothly and the confirmation email came through quickly, which was reassuring. The only thing I would’ve liked is clearer delivery information before paying, just so I knew exactly what to expect and didn’t feel like I was guessing.

Overall, I’m happy with how the ordering side went. It felt straightforward and not like one of those sites where you worry you’re being fooled, so I’d be happy to use them again.

These looked gorgeous in our confetti shots. The petals just added something really nice to the photos, like they made everything feel a bit more special somehow. I’m really happy we went with them, honestly.

I was kind of excited when they arrived because the colors looked soft and nice in the box, but once I actually picked them up, they were super dry and started crumbling everywhere. Some pieces were crushed and faded, and it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. I wanted to like them, and from far away they weren’t terrible, but up close they were a mess. Probably wouldn’t order again.

The petals were nice, and they showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just opened the package and kind of thought, “Oh, that’s it?” For the price, I guess I expected a little more. They looked good and did the job, but I’m not totally sure I’d buy them again unless the amount was bigger or the price was lower.

I was expecting a bit more flexibility with the personalisation, especially for the price. The options weren’t super clear, and I couldn’t really tweak the colours or details the way I had in mind. If you’re not too fussed about customising every little thing, it’s probably fine, and the product itself was okay. I just personally felt a bit let down because I wanted more control over how it turned out...

I ordered these petals for my table decor and they showed up totally fine, no issues there. The only thing is the colours weren’t quite like the photos on the site, I mean, they were still pretty, just more muted than I thought they’d be. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did kind of change the whole look I was going for. Next time I’d probably order samples first, just to be sure

The sample didn’t help me decide. It wasn’t very useful. I still felt unsure after trying it.
